I address all clients in a supportive manner, validating and understanding the life experiences that bring them to my office. I try to empower clients to understand their patterns and create change in a secure accepting environment. I customize a treatment approach for each person and situation.I incorporate Pyschodymics, family background and identify attachment styles. I work with Cognitive Thoughts and Beliefs; encouraging more rational thoughts and helpful coping mechanisms. I am extensively trained in Couples Therapy and Trauma Therapy.
