“Life is hard.” This is a quote that I heard from my then 6-year-old niece. She was talking about the unfairness of having to room with her sister, but her words ring true no matter what age we are. Sometimes we start to feel weighed down by stress, anxiety, depression, or the expectations of others, among many other things. Sometimes we feel stuck and don’t know what to do. It can be hard to reach out for help, but there is no shame in it.
