I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can feel truly seen and supported. I love helping couples heal from broken trust whether infidelity, financial, or the pain of not knowing how to reconnect when feeling distant or stuck. I also work with individual adults, older teens, and families facing anxiety, OCD, disordered eating, depression, unwanted habits or addictions, stress, and overwhelm.
