Welcome! I’m a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in anxiety and depressive disorders as well as maternal issues. I have witnessed the truly transformative power of therapy helping clients reclaim their joy. I've helped clients with relational issues, major life transitions, parenting challenges, trauma, grief and loss, and maternal issues like adoption and miscarriage. My style is interactive and collaborative. In my work with clients, I combine elements of practice that have been shown to reduce or alleviate anxiety and depression related symptoms—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma interventions like Brainspotting, mindfulness and gratitude practices, and creative art interventions.
