Life consistently brings challenges and as human beings, we struggle in ways that can be painful and difficult to overcome. I am dual licensed in NY and FL and work with clients via a telemedicine platform. My therapeutic approach is warm, empathic and supportive as I believe that the relationship I develop with clients is tantamount to healing and growth. I believe that positive and lasting change comes from both a deepened understanding and insight into one's self, coupled with the development of coping strategies/skills to manage distress. I am collaborative and work to tailor my treatment to my client's individual needs.
