Using EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and narrative techniques, I help you process painful experiences, manage emotions, and rebuild safety and self-trust, guiding you to become your own version of a (super)hero in real life. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, tailored to your pace. I love books, coffee, and my three rescue cats.
