I am a somatic-based therapist focused on healing relational wounds. These wounds often emerge over time when our needs for steadiness, care, or understanding weren't met. When feelings were overlooked, boundaries were disrespected, or the people we relied weren't able to show up consistently in the way we needed. Such experiences can leave the nervous system on high alert as we move through the world with a sense of caution, doubt, or self-protection. Shaping how we lean into or move away from connection. In our work, we gently tend to these places so you can meet yourself and others in a more grounded and less fearful place. At the heart of my work is the relationship we build together - one grounded in presence and compassion. I bring my full, genuine self into the room to create a steady, reflective space where you can slow down, allow the body to make sense of its lived experiences, and gradually begin to inhabit yourself in new, more aligned ways as you navigate the world.
