You’re capable and responsible, yet exhausted from holding it all together. Many of the women I work with aren’t stuck from lack of insight. They’re caught in patterns where fear and self-doubt run the show fueling anxiety, people-pleasing, relationship struggles, over-functioning, or freezing when it’s time to change. I help women slow these cycles, reconnect with steadiness, and move out of survival mode.
