I provide counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. At your first appointment, we will begin working together to set goals and create a plan for therapy. Sessions will be based on your therapy goals and will involve learning and practicing new skills to manage problems and improve overall health and well being. I work with clients to improve their ability to manage stress, problem solve, cope with distress, and to create a life they enjoy living.
