My ideal client would be any person looking for help in whatever capacity they need it. I began my career running group therapy sessions for all age groups and a wide array of populations dealing with diverse presenting problems ranging from substance abuse and trauma to personality and eating disorders. My background in psychotherapy, neuropsychology, and applied behavioral analysis provides clients with a strong foundation of skills and a great ability to adapt to each client’s specific needs. I have a strong belief in the integral role the relationship between client and therapist plays in helping make changes last and thrive throughout the client's life. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy using Emotion Focused Therapy as well as many other modalities to aid clients in their pursuit of identity, acceptance, and happiness.
