I have experience in outpatient behavioral mental health working with a wide range of mental health concerns. I want to provide you with the skills and tools you need to help manage your symptoms instead of the other way around. I know there are many factors that affect our mental health, including ones are rooted in systemic issues related to race, culture, gender, and/or sexual orientation. I strive to understand the unique challenges and obstacles each person is bringing with them when they seek help for mental health.
