​As a Licensed and Board-Certified counselor, and, more aptly, as a human Being, I understand pain in life. I also know that we humans have an amazing capacity to tolerate and be at ease in the tensions in life, no matter what arises, by un-learning the habits that get in the way. Utilizing evidenced-based practices with timeless principles of mind/body/spirit, I support individuals and couples with a warm-hearted Presence into the extraordinary process of embracing and responding to life from the Wisdom within us all.
