I became a therapist because I love to help heal old wounds, work through pain, and find ways to live values-driven amidst the uncertainties of life. I’m at my best collaborating with you to identify and achieve your goals in therapy. Good therapy can be hard. But we go at your pace, and I’m trained to know when to push and when to help you slow down.
