I work with adults, likely holding multi-marginalized identities, who are ready to unlearn perfectionism, unmask survival strategies, and reconnect with their authentic selves. My approach is trauma-responsive, culturally humble, and rooted in self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-acceptance.
