With warmth and compassion, I seek to accompany clients on their personal journey. Whether it be a time of change or loss, feelings of depression or anxiety, relationship difficulties, or a complex trauma history, I seek to provide a space where clients can feel safe, seek and find meaning through their experiences, and move towards their personal goals. I specialize in working with trauma, existential anxiety/dread/crisis, grief, mid-life specific issues, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional - Level 2, also trained in CBT, TFCBT, MCBT, and DBT. I draw on strategies and techniques from these approaches and others, as appropriate for the individual client.
