I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I love spending time outside, with those that I care about, and reading. These are all ways that I ground myself as a human who is also growing and navigating the world we live in. As a clinician, truly getting to know my clients is important to me. I feel that treatment is more impactful if you feel safe enough to be yourself. My intention is to meet you where you are, and then we go from there together. My practice is rooted in a client-centered trauma-informed approach that emphasizes safety, trust, and empowerment.
