Welcome name is Jasmine! I specialize in helping clients rewrite the toxic narratives created by trauma, self-doubt, and relationships. I worked within the behavioral and mental health fields for approx. 10 years; with emphasis and specialized training in marriage, family, and couples' therapy, as well as, childhood and family based trauma. I enjoy helping people free themselves from the chaos and shame that come from maintaining unproductive thought patterns, defeated sense of self, and hypercritical expectations from themselves and others.
