As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I help clients put a name to their feelings, ignite their passions, while quieting the noise in their head in order to find their voice. Self-work is the true testament of sustainability of self-care. I am passionate about disrupting the system of trauma being a badge of honor. My superpower is speaking to that inner child inside of you who deserves a megaphone to communicate what they needed when they were younger in order to thrive as the person you are today whether you are in your teens, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, or 60s!
