I'm here to support someone who is curious or open to exploring their inner world and past experiences, including trauma, with the goal of breaking unhelpful patterns in thoughts, emotions, or behaviors. I work with individuals navigating concerns such as life transitions, various forms of trauma, attachment and relationships, and who are seeking greater self-understanding, healing, and emotional resilience. I especially enjoy working with adolescents and young adults from all backgrounds who want to build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
