Life is hard for young people, these days, right?! So what do you do when they're sad all the time, spending more and more time in their room, or they're always anxious and overwhelmed and you just don't know what to do? Their behavior has changed, they're moodier than normal, maybe their grades in school have declined. You find it difficult to talk to them or you don't really know what to say or do to help them. Or maybe this describes you. Well, I am here to help! My passion is empowering teens and young adults to make healthy life choices and believe they're worthy regardless of life's challenges. By creating a safe, judgement free space, young people feel empowered and free to express themselves, without all the extra awkwardness that comes with traditional therapy.
