I am dedicated to utilizing my extensive experience and education to assist in promoting growth and self-understanding in their mental health. My goal is to help manage day-to-day life challenges and navigate life transitions by working through current and underlying issues. These transitions, whether for older adults and couples facing significant life changes, young adults moving from college into the workforce, or adolescents transitioning from high school to college, can be daunting and anxiety-inducing. They often bring feelings of being stuck, fears of the unknown, and issues related to separation from family and friends.
