My path to becoming a therapist is very unique and I am thankful for the opportunities to serve people of all ages. Throughout my time as a clinician, I have enjoyed working with adolescents starting at the age of 8 through their teen years. I have also found a passion working with the family in sessions on various issues at home. I also enjoy working with adults and older adults on various concerns such as depression, anxiety, OCD, severe mental illness, self-esteem, and other internal conflicts. My role is not to "fix" the problem, but to help you see your potential by identifying distorted thoughts and replacing them! My approach is simple. I listen, I encourage, and I advocate. The essence of therapy lies in the desire to improve our well-being. To achieve this, it is essential to set clear goals, overcome obstacles, and develop adaptive skills and habits that support our therapeutic objectives.
