My greatest hope is that people start investing in themselves and realize that they are important and worth the time in fostering strength, confidence and independence. Considering therapy can be a difficult choice and entering therapy can feel scary and vulnerable. I have faith in people in that if they take the first step towards emotional healing they will be able to heal. My approach is more holistic, client centered and cognitive behavioral. I feel that in a warm, trusting, collaborative and inviting environment people can feel more at ease in talking about their life and problems they want to overcome.
