I am known for being a thoughtful, empathic listener who brings honesty, insight, and compassion into the therapy room. I work intentionally to create a supportive, comfortable environment where clients feel safe to show up as they are and engage meaningfully in the therapeutic process. I believe therapy is a collaborative experience, and I see myself as an active partner in each client’s personal change. Together, we work to better understand patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop practical tools for growth. I also offer a men’s process group focused on connection, emotional awareness, and personal growth.
