Hello, my name is Jason and I work with individuals 18 y/o+ who are struggling with anxiety, depression and PTSD. It was my own therapeutic journey that led me to the place in which I grew a strong desire to help others. I believe in alternative therapies and that there is no "one size fits all" form of therapy. Each person is different and sometimes they just need a little help to figure out what type of therapy works best for them.
