I work with children from six years old and up and also address teenagers and adults. Managing anxiety, ADHD, grief, or depression can take a lifetime to master but creating coping skills now can help add tools for you to build off of in the future. Learn how to build bridges of opportunity, craft collages of connection, create worlds in sand trays, and even learn how to deal with conflict with sword fights. With teens and adults, I seek to learn your interests and experiences and incorporate them into therapy so that abstract values can become more concrete and you can visualize and relate to them with concepts you already know.
