Welcome to Heart & Soul Counseling - I am an Individual and Couples Therapist, a Certified Enneagram Coach, and MN Board-approved Supervisor with over 20 years of experience. My areas of expertise include: stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce, eating disorders, and grief/loss. I also have specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which are highly effective treatments for PTSD and trauma.
