I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor that has worked in the helping field for over 20 years. My compassionate and understanding style allows individuals and families to feel comfortable as they begin the counseling process. My solution focused approach allow clients to identify their own therapeutic goals and make plans for positive change within their own lives. I value the power of the counseling relationship and believe in the ability of my clients to make positive changes. I have a long history of working with both adolescents and adults with both substance abuse and/or mental health concerns. As a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor, I get referrals for clients that have just began abusing substances to those that are far into their addiction..
