In therapy we'll work with all aspects of yourself; the person and the performer. We integrate these in a way that is authentic and fulfilling to you. In addition to sport and performance psychology, my clinical interests include sleep, eating/body image concerns, romantic and sexual relationships, social anxiety, and emerging adulthood.
