My name is Janeth, but I go by Jay. I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) associate marriage and family therapist. I am passionate about helping individuals cope with life challenges and work collaboratively towards their self-defined goals. I prioritize building a deep therapeutic relationship with my clients. My therapeutic approach is multi-faceted and unique to each individual. I provide a safe space for individuals to be able to work on their challenges with no judgement, compassion, creativity and collaboration. I’m grateful you’re here and reaching out for support.
