Hi there. I am Dr. Jay Howell, and I am a licensed psychologist who is passionate about providing his clients with compassionate care. I have expertise working with college-age students since I have worked in a university setting for close to 20 years. I enjoy working with clients of all ages (18 and older) who are working through many life challenges including depression, anxiety, stress, and relational concerns. I also have expertise working with clients exploring identity development which may include sexual orientation and gender identity and gender expression.
