About
In our work together, you will learn how to relate to yourself and the painful realities of life skillfully. To begin, I'll support you in slowly turning attention inward while remaining grounded and open. From this connected space, we'll inquire into the thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and sensations that color your experience of life. Naturally, unresolved trauma and unacknowledged grief will call attention to themselves. We'll meet them together, with genuine curiosity and compassion. Insights emerge both spontaneously and gradually when relating in this way and 'the work' begins to feel more authentic, enjoyable, and healing. This is due to the disconnecting pain and numbness of unresolved life experiences. I utilize somatic therapies, IFS, KAP, attachment therapy, and mindfulness counseling to help facilitate an organic resolution process.
