I work with individuals, couples, and families, from middle school age up. My focus is to provide a nonjudgmental, collaborative space where we explore challenges together and set goals that fit your unique circumstances. I have extensive personal and professional experience supporting clients with substance use disorders and recovery, bringing insight gained from both lived experience and clinical practice. I approach therapy from an attachment-based, relational perspective, helping clients understand the patterns and emotions shaping their relationships and choices, and supporting them in creating meaningful, lasting change.
