I have a special passion for supporting seniors experiencing mood changes related to life transitions. I am a licensed clinical social worker with a PhD in clinical social work and over 23 years of experience helping people through life’s challenges. My goal is to offer a compassionate space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
