Finding a therapist can feel isolating—you may feel stuck or unsure how to find the right fit for you, your child, or your family. At Adventure Works, I work with children and families who feel caught in situations where there doesn’t seem to be a clear or “right” answer. You may feel overwhelmed, discouraged, or disconnected from yourself or others, especially after trying to figure things out on your own. I understand how heavy that can feel, and I don’t believe anyone should have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a therapeutic space that feels active, supportive, and purposeful. I want therapy to feel fun and engaging, even while we’re working through challenging topics. I work from a strengths-based perspective, helping children and families reconnect with their strengths and values while learning new strategies for growth and change.
