My clients may be high achieving individuals suffering from various forms of angst between family stressors, career pressures, health changes, life transitions, and having difficulty facing patterns that no longer serve them or their relationship with the world. My clients may be dealing with depression, anxiety, loss of direction and a need for newfound hope. They may be having difficulty finding the answers that are already within themselves. My goal is to expose them to their own strengths and present various forms of resiliency their mind finds.
