I am a licensed clinical social worker. The therapy intervention I primarily utilize is cognitive behavioral therapy. I commonly use the therapeutical approach of cognitive behavioral therapy in my therapy sessions. I also utilize strengths-based approaches as well as motivational interviewing skills. I typically work with teens to young adults who are experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression.
