I am a licensed mental health counselor who believes in a holistic and blended approach with respect for the mind-body-spirit connection. Mental health is a pivotal component of all wellness. I believe in collaborating with clients throughout the process. Clients feel supported and also challenged to take responsibility for their own success. My clinical approaches include Client-centered therapy techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-focused therapy.
