I believe therapy is a place to help uncover your truths, not create them. We all have the tools necessary to be our best selves, sometimes we just a little guidance. While couple's are my main clientele, I have a heart for anyone who is ready to challenge their potential and unlock true happiness. As a therapist, I believe in the importance of establishing a genuine, collaborative relationship with my clients.
