Through my years working as a therapist, I have developed comfort and knowledge when working with people who have experienced trauma and are neurodivergent. I have experience working in the sexual health field and have worked with many women who experience vaginismus and are preorgasmic, among other diagnoses. Some populations I have experience with include trans folks, sex workers, gender non-conforming folks, people involved in the kink community, and polyam couples or individuals in poly relationships. I have found that a positive relationship with one's body is essential for stable mental health. I am an affirming and inclusive provider for all folks and all bodies. I embody health at every size principals and welcome all. We can work together to strengthen your mind/body connection and express yourself to your fullest potential while maintaining safety.
