Marital or relationship problems, traumatic past, depression, anxiety, frustration, anger, unable to focus or concentrate, alcohol or substance abuse, or just struggling to take the next step in life. These are just a fraction of the issues and problems I help people with every day. People want peace in their lives, but the reality is peace has a price. Our lives are entangled in responsibilities and relationships that are extremely difficult and take a heavy toll upon us mentally. In many cases we are to believe that if you can't see the hurt or the pain then it doesn't exist. It does and it is real. There is help and it is here.
