I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with A Master's degree in Psychology. I have worked in the mental health field for over 40 years and have maintained a full-time private practice since 1994. I help adolescents and adults solve the tough problems they face individually as well as the challenges that arise in families, couple relationships, and in the workplace. I focus on solutions, strengths, and skill-building in addressing the sticking points in people's lives.
