I view psychotherapy as a collaborative process between therapist and client. I have a varied and flexible range of therapeutic modalities which, after ascertaining what is needed, I will tailor to each client. Every person is different and therapy is not a "one size fits all" endeavor. Some clients come with a specific problem they want to deal with, and some clients come with a feeling that their life isn't moving in the right direction but they don't really know why. I work in both short term and long term models.
