Each person entering therapy is unique. While I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, the nature of the issues each person brings to therapy, the timeframe each person has for therapy, and the goals of each person impact the therapy approach that may best meet their needs at a given time. Therefore, the most important aspect of working with someone is to provide the space for them to be able to share who they are and from this use the therapy perspectives that might be most helpful to that person.
