I am a licensed professional counselor who provides in person and telehealth support. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples who are experiencing challenges with depression, anxiety, life transitions, health related concerns as well as difficulties that arise from interpersonal relationships and trauma. I take a collaborative approach to mental health counseling and empower people to improve their personal lives and thrive. We all have the ability to manage the challenges that come to us throughout our lives.
