I work with adults, many of whom are dealing with anxiety, depression, transitions, trauma or just trying to cope with the world we live in. I am meeting with people in person, virtually, or some combination of both. My office is in South Boulder and when clients prefer to meet in person, we can either meet in my office or on the back deck (weather permitting). I am licensed in Colorado but also have the PsyPact license, which means that I can work with people from many other states. View 4 Photos I use a variety of modalities and am particularly fond of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am also trained in Written Exposure Therapy, EMDR, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
