As a therapist I have been practicing therapy for over ten years and enjoy working with a variety of clients, including teens and couples. I have had success in working with women and men who have had past trauma and/or transitional issues. I utilize forms of long and short term therapy for adults and play therapy with children helping them to find their voice. As part of my practice I teach parenting skills helping parents find ways to interact, communicate and discipline their children at different stages in their lives in a loving and consistent manner.
