I believe that unresolved issues and problems have the power to control the direction of our lives and cause real pain. This pain can take the form of depression, anxiety, trouble regulating emotion, sleep problems and poor self esteem. Problems in relationships as well as coming to terms with loss can often be the hardest ones. Difficulties at work and questioning career choice are other important areas of our life that can be negatively effected.
