Welcome! Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that you don’t have to take it alone. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges, gain clarity, and begin to heal. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and together we can work toward the changes you’d like to see in your life. I offer in person sessions in the panhandle of Nebraska and tele-health sessions anywhere in Nebraska.
