I am a Registered Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience. I work with individuals, couples, and parents with their children through my virtual practice in Vermont. I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, CA. My primary theoretical orientation is relational psychodynamic. I am also trained in CBT and incorporate a variety of other styles and techniques depending on my patient’s needs. These include DBT skills, mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma informed treatment.
